Your project budget is already defined

In this case, ARION PARTNERS & CONSULTING will analyze in details your costing estimation and submit it to a cross-check by our local market experts that will be able to confirm or reframe your budget proposal.

Sourcing & Nomination

In the pre-execution phase of your investment, ARION PARTNERS & CONSULTING takes in charge the bidding process. We manage all necessary steps of your business partners selection.

Our contributions & services package for the pre- execution phase includes:

  • Preparation of Bidding and RFQ documentation: Technical Specifications Sheets, Price Structure Lists, General & Contractual Collaboration Conditions.
  • Define Bidding Launch up Form (Open or Restricted).

Project management, Execution, Final approval and After Sale support

During the implementation & post execution phases of your investment, ARION PARTNERS & CONSULTING ensures an effective operational monitoring.

Our contributions & services package for the Execution & After Sale Support phase includes:

  • Project Management and Execution Monitoring, ARION PARTNERS & CONSULTING provides project managers and technicians to ensure the smooth running of works and deliveries as well as Contract terms respect, throughout the execution period.
  • Preliminary approval, we support you at the reception of your project, our teams check and ensure that the contractual terms are respected and notify you in case of any detected issues.
  • Post-approval support, after the final acceptance of your project, ARION PARTNERS & CONSULTING provides you with a non-exhaustive package of services, including the definition of maintenance schemes, the edition of your service & maintenance contracts, operators training and spare parts stock management,
